Non delivery again and again and again

Hi Colleen, after you promised that you will ensure that my papers are delivered, Sunday world wasn't delivered. It doesn't look like your people will ever get it right. Can we just cancel this subscription again, it's pointless to call you every day because of late or non delivery. Please confirm cancellation and refund on days paper wasn't delivered. Thank you for trying, it just didn't work out.
