Non Delivery-Again

For the 2nd Sunday in a space of 3 weeks, the Sunday Times has not been delivered. I called the subscription number and was told a complain will be sent to the distribution manager and not surprisingly no confirmation sms of a re-delivery being arranged has been sent to me. I'm still not receiving regular copies of The Times, clearly nothing has been done about that as well. Please don't call me offering soapy explanations about how my complaint will be taken up, just fix your issues with your distribution and credit me for delivery that didn't take place.
