non delivery

<p>repeatedly during this current subscription a paper that get delivered around 4.30am is plonked outside the yard. hence a street delivery not a home delivery, which the service is called. this means we have to leave the safe confines of our yard to retrieve a product on the street. today we have NO delivery. repeated reports and now request to cancel the subscription are not an option. they have an automated reply system and dont care that this integral part of their product does not work.</p>
