Non delivery.

I have't received my newspaper in over a week now. I tried calling the subscription line and I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes. When I tried again it was closed. I have not received any notification why I was't receiving my newspaper. So basically I paid for something which I'm not receiving. This is not the first time I have received bad service and I'm starting to think that maybe I should take legal action. It's very clear that our concerns are not taken seriously.
