No Paper since January 2015

I have not been getting paper since Jan. I called once and was told the matter will be investigated. Later when the paper was not coming I called again, I was advised to cancel subscription to be reumbursed. The refund would be for the two copies only, equivalent to my reports of non deliver and non receipt of paper. I am very upset.<br> <br> Yetserday I did not get the paper, just an sms that tells me the newspaper delivery will be late due to problems at the press, sent at 08h48. This was already late for delivery.<br> <br> Instead of the paper I got a Times Plus rewards card. I hate this.<br> <br> I have never received the daily Times newspaper since 2013. I reported many times, but to no avail. I do not want to believe this has anything to do with me.
