No feedback, no deliveries, no refund
<p>I have subscribed and paid for a 12 month magazine subscription in Feb, but to date have not received a single delivery. I dont get feedback on my mails and when i do i am constantly told that my issue has been resolved, but still do not have delivery of even one magazine.</p> <p>I have even asked that my request be cancelled and my money refunded, and no response there either!</p> <p>DO NOT USE TIMES MEDIA for any subscriptions!!</p>
Thank you very much Ethel Padayachi for resolving my query, you have managed to do what no one else could in 3 months, and once you took over my query it was resolved within 24 hours and i had my delivery.
