No delivery of paper

I see now soon as I renewed my subscription, non delivery or service is starting. I reported early this morning that I did not received The Times for today. I indicated that I must be informed or feedback given what happened to my paper so that I can try to obtain one from the shops. Well nobody came back to me and off course the shops is now sold out.
