NO DELIVERY OF NEWSPAPER!!!!

I contacted the Sunday Times subscriptions department last year October 2015 to make them aware of the situation regarding non-delivery of the Sunday Times newspaper. Since August 2015, the Sunday Times was being delivered every 2nd Sunday (we also have a subscription with the Rapport newspaper). So one weekend we would receive either a Sunday Times or Rapport, but never both!! <br> <br> In October, there was NO DELIVERY WHATSOEVER up until today. It has been 6 months that we have not been receiving the newspaper. I spoke to a lady the first time (I unfortunately did not take her name down), she assured me that someone would get back to me regarding the matter. I then spoke to Larry and to Jeff at the Sunday Times subs. They then assured me that a manager S L Padayachee would get back to me as management have been in endless meetings where they NEVER TAKE CALLS!!!! And apparently NEVER GET BACK TO CUSTOMERS. <br> <br> My mother has been a loyal subscriber to the Sunday Times for 20 years. I brought the situation to your attention in October and you have clearly been billing my mothers account faithfully every month for NON-DELIVERY. <br> <br> I want this matter sorted out URGENTLY!!!!!
