No delivery for four weeks

I have called the subscription line in June to change my address and also informed them that as from the 1st of July I would have moved to a new place, four weeks have gone by without a single Sunday Times newspaper delivery, every Sunday when I realised that that there delivery has not been made I would put a call across through to the call centre only to be promised a delivery on that day and all the money I have been spending in making calls to the call centre.<br> I want the subscription cancelled and be refunded the July and August subscription monies, because I cannot continue to be donating to the times media without getting any value for my money
