No delivery again

On the 3rd of august i complained at hello peter with regards to non delivery of my Sunday News paper for the whole month of July, last week i received a copy, yesterday still no copy was deliverd, money had to spent to put a call across through to the subscription lien informing them of the non delivery, i received an sms informing me of redelivery of the copy being arranged, but still no copy was received, i am really getting tired of this, iam not getting any value for my money, can someone please take ownership of this and let this nonsense sorted out as soon as possible?
