No Delivery After Number of Calls

I have contacted the Sunday Times for the past 3 weeks. I do know there was a problem regarding the payment reference which was sorted out and confirmed by Violet who is in charge of accounts. I was assured that I would receive a copy of the paper, but no delivery. The next week I contacted the Sunday Times again, this time I spoke to Larry and was told that deliveries are delayed and I will receive a paper shortly, still no paper. This week I contacted the Sunday Times 3 or 4 times, spoke to Hilary and Nompi, I was also told that deliveries are delayed and again was assured that I will receive a copy of the paper, but still not delivered. We are subscribers for about 10+ years and always had delivery problems rectified on the first call. Hope you guys can sort this inconvenience out.
