no delivery 5 weeks

For the last 5 weeks and on numerous occasions before that we have failed to receive our copy of the Sunday Times. Despite phone calls on 3 occasions today we still have not received our paper which we pay for. No credits are passed for non delivery . promises are made from the call centre to phone with feedback but they never do. This is not very good news. Very poor in fact. We wish to read our news in the morning and not after 12 or not at all.
