NO DELIVERY!

<p>I bought a 6 months Sunday Times printed edition subscription online on the 14 February 2017 and never received my newspaper. I have been sending e-mails and calling the Times Media call centre ever since. I have been told anything from, ‘we do not have your details on the system’ to ‘we don't see your payment on our system’. Eventually, I was assured that my newspaper will be delivered on Sunday the 5th March (past Sunday) and still there was no delivery. I have also sent an e-mail ********** on Monday but have not received a response whatsoever. I am really disappointed. This company doesn't seem to have the slightest care for customers. If Times Media doesn't deliver in my area please just say so and refund my payment.</p>
