No delivery

I subscribed for a weekly delivery with times media three months ago , but I only got two deliveries in one month and the other two months nothing was delivered and there was no communication as to why they were not delivering. I called to ask why I was not receiving paper and I was told there must have been a problem with the deliveries ,they will check it and contact me as soon as the issue is resolved. I was called by a times media consultant , asking if I received my paper , but unfortunately I did not receive any delivery. Today 2015-11-27 at 08:33 I called times meadia FOUR TIMES ,in all the calls the line was disconnected by the consultants. When I finally got through the consultant did not even give me the chance to say what I was calling about , she was so quick to say wrong department and transfered me to next department , where the next consultant was impatient and did not want to listen. I tried to explain my situation but she would not listen and said to me wrong department, I asked her to help me anyway , she then asked for my number and traced my profile and told me that the address was incomplete.I asked why I wasn't told and she said she doesn't know .
