No change after numerous complaiints.

I''ve had my subscription with The Sunday Times for the past 4 years. For convenience sake seeing that I'm a paraplegic & running to the shops to buy a newspaper is kind of a hassle. I think I can call myself a good standing client. Service delivery seems to be @ the order of day even in it's most simplest form. I've complained on numerous occasions about the late delivery as well as no delivery of my paper but all seems to be to no avail. Promised calls never ever materializes.. Your channel of highlighting my complaint seems to be my last resort as I'm losing a lot of money having to phone them with no positive results. Thanking you.
