Newspaper gets delivered onto the street

I was contacted earlier this year to take out a newspaper subscription with The Times/Sunday Times. At first I declined as I told the sales lady that with a previous subscription with them the delivery was very poor. She assured me that they had got their act together and delivery was sorted out. <br> The only instruction I had with them was that the newspaper be placed inside the property or in the post box.<br> Not once has this ever been done and the newspaper is most days - if it is delivered - picked up by people walking past as it is merely just thrown on the pavement anywhere.<br> I checked with the call centre and my instructions are on their system.
