Minor complaint leads to non delivery

I submitted a complaint on hello peter last week complaining about the delivery instruction not being followed and me getting a newspaper that has been damaged and sometimes destroyed. However it seems that complaining only leads them to not deliver the newspaper at all. in a way to show you who is in charge and the more you complain the worst the service will get.<br> <br> The Sunday Times are a law unto themselves and do not serve the customer as they state they do. As usual I will receive a standard response and Colleen will contact me and tell me she is escalating to the area manager who then ensures that I will not receive a newspaper at all for some weeks and then start again on alternate days on when they feel in the mood.
