It is now the 11th August I have still not received a copy of my magazine

<p>As I thought they were getting better, this month has been bad. I normally get my magazine on the 20th of every month, today is the 11th and i still havent received August's issue. I have been calling numerous times only to be told that they are following up and will get back to me but nothing happens. This is unacceptable as I paid for service I should be receiving, no one seems to care. I want my magazine and I want it on time. This is pathetic service</p>
