Is this a sign of the "Times"?

<p>So I thought to make life easier and to keep tabs on the property market, I took out a home delivery subscrition for the Sunday Times. My credit card was debited on the 12th April 2016 for my subscription. So I've been every weekend for delivery. After 3 weeks of no delivery, I sent them an e-mail, they did't respond. I called their subscirption contact number and the help desk had no record of me on their system and proceeded to tell I needed to do this and that and this that, eish. I've call them by 10am on Sunday to let them know I'm still waiting for my paper, I've called them on a Monday to let them know I haven't received my paper. So much for saving time, money and petrol, definately the a sign of the "Times", very disappointing. </p>
