IRREGULAR DELIVERY

I have reached a point where I would like to terminate my subscription to the Sunday Times. Every month there are copies that are not delivered. Colleen addressed the non-delivery query I submitted for the December period. It is now May and the issue keeps coming up again.<br> <br> I wrote a complaint to Amanda Chetty on 7 May at 14:18 after she had sent me a Rewards card for subscribers informing her that some of my copies were not delivered in March. I did not receive any response or re-direction of my email.<br> <br> The same pattern continued in April and May. I have finally decided that I should cancel my subscription and rather take a walk to the mall and buy from there. Kindly assist with this request as I do not get time to contact the call centre during their office hours. The nature of my job does not allow for calls at most times.<br>
