INCAPABLE OF MAKING CHANGE OF ADDRESS

<p>I have been trying for approximately 6 weeks to get my daily times and sunday times delivered to my new address. It continues to be delivered to the old address! I have phoned many, many times only to be promised that it will be changed and delivered in 3 days. I was promised that the supervisor was taking it upon him/herself to make sure the problem is resolved. I have sent several e-mail which do not get acknowledged. I still have not received the paper. When I phoned yesterday I was told my details had been entered incorrrectly on the computer and my paper will be delivered in 3 days!</p>
