I spoke too soon

I knew i spoke to soon, complimenting this pitiful excuse of a media house. My subscription was finally cancelled...and i asked about the more than 2 years i paid for nothing, Only to be told a refund in in process... that was over two weeks ago. Does ANYONE know what is going on in that place???? They only know to vex their customers! i am beyond angry at this point.
