False Promises

Hi there<br> <br> we are told to call the call centre on Sunday for non-delivery. I was promised a delivery yesterday and did not get the paper. I was also sent an sms. This is second instance in the past two months, where despite calling your call centre I do not get my paper delivered. <br> My question is: why have the service to call in and promise delivery when you are not able to deliver? I would like the area manager of Lenasia to please call me.
