False promises

Last year in July I received a call from Sunday times for their newspaper subscription. They said I will receive Times newspaper from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday I will receive Sunday Times. At the time they were running a special that if you take the offer they will send me Cook books. Since I've subscribed with Sunday times I have only received Sunday Times, did not received the cook books they have promised and daily news paper. I have called them couple of times they kept on saying they will call the area manager to deliver the daily news paper. Even to date I have never received daily news paper and cook books. One Sunday I did not receive my Sunday times when I called them they said its a mistake they will call area manager. A month ago I cancelled my subscription because I don't see a point of continuing with them since they don't do what I pay them for. One thing they don't forget is to take my money month end but they forget to call me back and deliver what I'm paying for. BAD, BAD SERVICE.
