failed subscription and and not refund

<p>After being called and invited to subscribe, I didnt get the deliveries. A month later on 28/8 I called and cancelled the contract but the debit order has not been refunded to date. Each time I called a Johanna would tell me "next week".</p> <p> </p> <p>I was reluctant to take up this invitation because about 5 years ago I cancelled subscriptions due to non-delivery. I thought you had changed ways but clearly not. Want nothing more to do with Sunday Times. wont even but it!!</p>
