Excessive increase

<p>I was contacted by your call centre in order to renew my yearly subscription. The renewal amount (for a pensioner) was quoted as R1027. Considering that I paid R831 a year ago (29/1/16), an increase of 24% seems unacceptable.</p> <p>I queried this by sending an email to Ms Chetty, but so far received no response.</p> <p>What I want to know is this :- how do you justify an increase on 24%?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
