empty promises

<p> Previously subscribed to Sunday Times for the delivery of the paper and I cancelled because they have problems with delivery. Recently I had a call from a guy regarding subscription and I advised that I don't because of previous issue, then he went on explaining that the problems then were caused by contractors but now that the company is responsible for deliveries I will never expience the same, and guess what on the 31th of May they deducted R149 and only once during the week they delivered the times and not on Sunday no paper was delivered therefore I don't want the subscription anymore and want my refund as in today. Please I don't want anyone to call and convince me otherwise all I need is my money in my account as in yesterday......</p>
