Double debit

<p>Sunday times has double debited my account when I call to enquire a consultant called Mr Dlamini, reluctantly advised that yes they are aware and it i for December and January coming month, when i questioned him as to who gave authority in my account he just went dumb and said there is nothing further he can assist me with,,</p> <p> </p> <p>I find it very disturbing that a valued service provider like Sunday times have unwilling service cansultants like him and not communicating with me as a client on the planned deductions?</p> <p> </p> <p>We have unstable delivery problems with Sunday times and then you go and double deduct?</p>
