Do not subscribe to the Sunday Times

I signed up online for a subscription to the TimesPlus package (including print delivery) in Nov 2014. The Sunday Times debited my credit card immediately for the full year's subscription and have never once delivered a newspaper.<br> <br> I contacted the call centre twice in Feb 2015 and they never fixed the problem or even rep**** to followup emails. Also no response at all to the online query form (May 2015).<br> <br> The Sunday Times took my money, provided nothing for it, and then ignored me.<br> <br> I am now asking my bank to reverse the credit card transaction for non-delivery.<br>
