Dishonesty.

You will notice that this is the second time I write a complaint in a space of two weeks which clearly shows the pathetic service that one gets. Even today I have not received my paper even after being told that I will start receiving my newspaper from the 27th of March 2016. I would take it that was a total lie. They lie to you, never respond to your queries, you have to use your time and money to call useless, *********** people who have no idea what customs service is.
