Disgusting, pathetic, unhelpful, rude, obnoxious staff

I am absolutely horrified and disgusted with the Sunday Times and their support staff. Everyone knows that subscriptions are dwindling across all printed media. I also know that they are struggling to increase circulation. As a pensioner, I am a loyal subscriber to Sunday Times. However, they are indifferent and lack any concern whatsoever over their loyal clients. I have complained many times about their shoddy delivery service. This time it is now 2 weeks and I have got no response, nor even the courtesy of a call back. Two sunday's ago, they failed once again to deliver my newspaper. When phoning their helpline for delivery, it states that they operate within certain hours only. So I called back at the time when they said they will be open. This time they blamed lockdown for not being able to answer the phones!!! This is the dirtiest trick to play on your clients because we are not stupid. How can lockdown stop you from answering the phone. I tried all the numbers on the website. They have neither apologised, nor contact me, nor even given me the copy. Anyway I don't want a copy one because it's 2 weeks old. I want my money back. I don't want them to say they will extend my subscription to one more week, because last year they said that and FAILED TO HONOUR their promise. They are all about cheating, robbing and *****ing from their customers!!! They should be ashamed of themselves! That is why people will not renew their subscriptions when it expires. I for one will certainly NOT renew mine because of the manner in which they are treating me. After all, they are losing revenue due to easier accessibility to news via News24 and other social media reports. So I too can make an effort to get onto these sites and enjoy FREE news. Please don't tempt me to do that Sunday Times!!!! I'm very upset because they just don't care about their clients and are willing to ***** from us!!!!
