Did not get what I paid for

I bought a subscription to the Sunday Times that included 5 weekday copies of The Times. I never received a single copy of The Times. By the time I got the third Sunday paper I cancelled my subscription.<br> <br> On cancellation I asked the lady to send me an invoice for the 3 Sunday papers only because that's all I received and all I'm supposed to pay for. She assured me I will get an invoice. I also ask that they do not debit my account. I will pay via EFT. She again assured me that can be done.<br> <br> A week or so goes by and the Sunday Times debits my account for R130. Now mind you the lady did say that if I adjust my subscription to only get the Sunday papers the cost will not change. So I feel kinda ****** because even if I got all 4 papers, what they are saying by taking R130 from me is that I paid R43 per copy of the Sunday Times. I can walk into a corner shop and get the paper for less than that. <br> <br> At its core the Sunday Times are in breach of contract. A subscription is a legally binding contract and they did not live up to their end of it. In addition they took more money from me than they should have. That's theft.<br> <br> I have been ****** twice. By the same company.<br>
