Delivery instruction not followed goods damaged

I am still highly disappointed with the Sunday Times on the delivery of the daily Time newspaper. After many months and numerous complaints I have been receiving The Times everyday for the past month. However the newspaper is damaged on most days as the delivery instruction is not followed. The delivery instruction is clear to deliver the newspaper in the post box as the dogs will damage the newspaper if thrown into the yard. Yet the delivery person is totally lazy and *********** to understand the reason for requesting the newspaper to be delivered in the post box as he daily throws it over the wall and some days it does not make it over and then lands in the shrubs which then really makes the newspaper inaccessible. I doubt that the Sunday Times is serious in resolving this issue as this has also been a continuous complaint without any solution in over two years.
