Delay in Receiving Refund for Cancelled Subscription

I took out a subscription to the Sunday Times in November 2017 and submitted a cancellation notice on 05 August 2018. As there are are still a few months left in my subscription I am due a refund for those months.

As at today's date, 16 September 2018, I have still not received my refund despite submitting the documentation requested by the subscriptions department.

It would be great if Sunday Times paid the refunds due timeously and not drag their feet on this.
