Continuous delivery issues!!!

For months now we have been complaining about the delivery or rather non-delivery of the daily Times. As soon as we complain, attention is drawn to the delivery contractors, and the delivery then takes place but only for a couple of days. Some days the delivery is so unnecessary efficient that we receive 2 copies. Thereafter its back to once or twice a week only. my wife has spoken to Anthea on 3 separate occasions this month wherein she assured the matter will be resolved, but to no avail. I understand that the delivery of the paper is not in your full control, but I feel that these contractors should be taken to task where they should be billed for every paper that is not delivered to a subscriber. Perhaps then they will take their jobs more seriously.
