BAD SREVICE

I renewed my subscription on the 24th April 2019 and did not receive my paper on the 28th April 2019 and 5th May 2019. I called a few times on those days and I was told that I will receive it but I did not. I called to cancell my subscription and they told me that within 24 to 48 hours I will hear from them about my refund. I t has 4 days and I have not heard from them and when I called they could not help me.
