bad service fro Sunday Times

paid my subscription late When i called to say that i have been locked out of times live, i was sent an email from Alexi Corbett saying i must log on to a website to reinstate. When i logged it it said that I musT pay an additional R145 . I tried calling Alexi Corbett and lest messages, no return call. Sent 2 emails no response Called there subscription number and the agent told me she would reinstate When i did not receive the Sunday Times this morning i called again and was told no record of my payment and can i send a proof of payment I have had enough and now want my money back
