Bad Service and Debit Orders

<p>I have never received a copy of my Sunday Times since reinstating my subscription. Every Sunday I have to call the Sunday Times and I am promised that the paper will be delivered at a certain time but has still to materialise. The most disturbing move from the newspaper (Sunday Times) is that they ( Sunday Times) have gone ahead and taken money off my bank account for whatever reason. What am I paying for? On reinstatement I told the consultanat that the reason I cancelled in the fist place was due to non-delivery, She promised that this will not repeat and it is happening and exactly how it happened previously.</p>
