Bad Service and Damaged Goods

Yesterday i called the Sunday Times customer service to complain about the delivery that was suppose to happen before 08:00 and it is not the 1st time complaining about this. So what happened is that my paper was delivered late that day and not only that the person who delivered threw the paper so hard that it came out of the package and it tore apart, now this people must understand that when i pay i don't pay with tore money and i expect a comprehensive service without even begging for it, now if the delivery guy has issues with me he must stop the car come in my house and we will sort it out. Going forward i'm no longer going to call the call center to complain anymore i'm going to write to hello peter every chance i get until i get the service i deserve.
