Bad Service

I took out a subscription with Avusa Media for the Sunday World at the beginning of March 2015. My 1st delivery was supposed to be on the 22nd of March. Days went by and I received nothing. On the 31st March I was debited R103 and I was really suprised as I was told my monthly subscription is R35. I callec in to find out why I was debited this much and why as i have never received a newspaper. I was told that my subscription was for the Sunday Times not the Sunday World. I told them to cancel Im no longer interested. Month end April I was debited again R70 something rands. I spoke to Diane whi promised to cancel the contract and get me a refund. I called again this week to find out where my money is and was told nothing has been actioned regarding my complaint and I will still get debited. I find this unacceptable as these people have no mandate debiting my account anymore I cancelled. i want my refund with immediate effect Im not interested in stories anymore.
