Bad Service

<p>Our company subscribed to the Business Day from about May/June this year. They took our money upfront for the first month but the paper was not delivered as per the agreement. They eventually started making regular deliveries of the paper. Then, boom, they stopped delivering. I heard from the security guards at the office park that we have not paid our monthly subscription hence the non-delivery. Nobody from the company has bothered to send us an invoice or explain how th ebilling actually works. We were under the impression that it was a monthly debit order. It has been a headache dealing with this company from day 1! As a small business, we dont have a lot of resources. Journalists are always the first one's to highlight how *********** Government is but they cant even get one subscription account right! Engineering News is a far better run business! They are an absolute pleasure to deal with! </p>
