Appalling service- WARNING

This is a warning to anyone who is thinking of subscribing the The Sunday Times and daily Times. Don't do it! I have been subscribing for years and the service has deteriorated so quickly in the last year. They either don't deliver or deliver it to the pavement or gutter, where I suspect it is being ****** before I can reach it. I have spent so much time and money phoning them and writing to them, including their Consumer Watch with no response. The Sunday Times has the gall to have a Consumer Watch section in their paper and yet they treat their own consumers like dirt.
