Another Sunday without the Sunday Times

I feel like I should just do a cut and paste of my previous complaint. How can Sunday Times stuff up so badly and so regularly. It seems like a given that once every 4 weeks I will not receive the paper. I am truly highly frustrated and am at the point of cancelling my subscription. In these times of alternate media, one would assume that newspaper subscribers would be treated like gold, but alas Sunday Times does not feel so. Come on Sunday Times put your money where your mouth is and stop exposing bad customer service of other suppliers but look into your own service first!
