7th week of no Sunday Times

This the 7th week in a row I have not received the Sunday Times<br> I have phoned most weeks and complained and get told they will sort it out,....<br> Johanna was the last person who I spoke to who said she would contact the area manager and call me on Sunday .... Im still watinng.
