HelloPeter..I have been with Avusa Sunday World for many many years and during this time I was never happy they way they treat me with the deliveries of my news papers. I'm paying my monthly premiums via Internet to their account Std bank. I'm paying for Sunday Times , Sunday World an Times which I must get Monday to Friday, Sowetan which I must get on Monday basis only. for the last 3weeks I don't receive my Sunday World and Sowetan as I was promised. Last week I didn't' receive my Times for 4days. When I call the call centre agents always promise that it will be delivered later that day but nothing get resolved. Last week Friday I called and Nonny also promised that this Sunday 8th Nov ill get my Sunday World but I didn't' get it, This problem is going on and on. When I ask to speak to the supervisors they always busy don't want to take my calls. I'm now sick of this I had enough of this mess. I'm writing to you Hellopeter to Help me Please escalate
