10 days of calls and STILL no delivery

They, Sunday Times Sales Staff, called me to resubscribe. Deal accepted, EFT payment in full, proof of payment emailed, all same day. Eventually proof of payment emailed to at least 4 different people, each one promising problem solved. To date, nada, nothing. The reason why, and clearly stated, that I subscribe to Sunday Times, is to receive the daily Times. Otherwise I could subscribe to preferred City Press. If I cancelled the sub now what would it cost in stress to obtain a refund?
