Total ****. Timeless the label now goes by DG Boutique (https://dgboutique.co.za/) but their emails still use Timeless the label headers. This company is a total ****. I ordered something on 28 Feb 2024 and I still haven't received my item. The owner kept making excuses as to why they never responded to emails or DMs on Instagram and **** about sending the item for delivery as I never received any courier information. They refused to give me a refund after horrible customer service and never sending the item within the promised time. Don't waste your time and money with them.
