Bought a dress for over R 23 000k for my wedding and the day before delivery I got wacked with an additional over R 2000 for alterations which were never discussed ( the amount or that fact that it is additional on top of such a huge dress expense) - they hid behind their terms and conditions which is just ********* to say the least . On top of already paying hire of the veil they wacked me again at the last minute a with an additional R 1000 as a deposit and if the veil was not back before 12 on Monday morning ( yes i am for real!!) that money was not given back to me - how is this in anyway reasonable ? People are unfair and ********* to say the least - the additional costs could have been discussed and mentioned rather than hiding behind the terms and conditions when you only send the extra invoices 2 days before the wedding when a bride has no choice to make another plan . I would not suggest this place to any bride
