Arrogance left a bad taste

Arrogant and rude was my experience of this business. It felt like they were only interested in applying rules with little care for the customer. Even though l paid 60% deposit on my daughters dress they refused to let us take photos despite the fact that my daughter desperately wanted them as reassurance during a very stressful time. Great effort and expense was required to return a hired veil due to it being taken by someone in error. I acted in good faith by keeping them informed all the way until it was returned fully in tact albeit late. Completely unsympathetically they withheld the full deposit. It isn't so much about the money as it is about the way this was handled - rudely, unsympathetically and arrogantly. When l questioned them they responded defensively and hid behind the rules. They missed the point completely about HOW they deal with customers. It was very unpleasant dealing with this business. I would not recommend them to anyone.
