Alterations and custom garter FAIL !

Bought a dress in 2018 asked for a custom veil and garter to be made sent them a picture of the garter design I wanted they assured me they can make that same design garter I requested. Went there 3 times for fittings and every time i would ask if my garter was made they said they were busy with it .. eventually when my alterations where done and it was time to pick up my dress which was only allowed to be picked up a two days before my wedding . My mother had sent me a picture of the garter which was NOTHING like the picture I sent ... two days before my wedding I am in tears and in a flat spin sent a message to Wendy the response I got was “I apologise for the misunderstanding. I completely forgot that you sent us a photo and we made our standard garter. Can we remake it for you?” I Asked it was was going to be done In time if she was going to remake it and free of charge as I still had to travel 100kms to there studio ... she said yes it would be done in time but I should rather come collect it in the next day which was my wedding day ! I left early hours of the morning to my venue as it was quite far out . Went to the their studio at 5:30am to collect my garter which Wendy herself didn’t bother apologizing in person when I collected it ... and then to top it all off you buy dress which well over 20 000 rand pay for alternations which are 1000 rand if not more ... and my strap of my dress still broke off after my ceremony which my mom had to sew back on ..
